Mine USES LED explosion-proof lamp enclosure

 1. The lamps and lanterns suitable for the environment must be correctly selected for the installation of lamps and lanterns. For places with explosion and fire hazards, the lamps and lanterns with explosion proof, explosion proof or safety sealing type should be selected.

2. Mining lamp and fuel to maintain an appropriate safe distance (generally should not be less than 0.5 meters), not close to combustible, flammable.

3. The lamp should be installed on the incombustible or refractory base. It is forbidden to use paper, cloth or other combustible materials as lampshade.

4. The selection of wire should pay attention to the insulation strength and section specifications of the wire, especially the temporary line should pay attention to, do not pull random connection, to prevent the damage of the wire insulation layer short circuit accident.

5.Choose the safety fuse that accords with specification (apparatus), should choose the fuse that is bigger than rated current 1.5~2 times fuse current, cannot increase at will, or replace with iron, aluminium, copper wire, otherwise when electric wire or electric lamp produce fault, fuse is not easy fuse and cause the accident such as fire.

1. The installation of industrial and mining lamps and lanterns should be kept at a safe distance from combustible ceiling and other objects, maintain good heat and ventilation conditions, and often clean the ballast.
