1. Check and record the upper oil temperature, ambient temperature and load (reactive load) of the tank. The upper oil temperature should not exceed 85 ° c, and check that the temperature rise does not exceed the allowable value.

2. Check the oil level of reactor oil pillow (whether the oil color is normal and each reactor is compared with each other), whether the corresponding relationship between oil temperature and oil level meets the requirements, whether the oil level indication of each casing is correct and whether there is any obvious change.

3. Check whether the casing is damaged or not (whether there is serious dirt, discharge, corona or not).

4. Check the electrical connector, check whether the connector contact is good, whether there is abnormal and obvious overheating phenomenon.

5. Check the pressure release device for oil injection.

Special inspection Tours

1. Check after each trip.

2. Reactor overvoltage and abnormal operation, check at least once every hour.

3. Abnormal weather and thunderstorm.
